As part of our ongoing Stock Machine Re-manufacture Programme, EES has recently acquired 6 off - Morando VLN12 CNC Vertical Borers (VTL); all machines are identical, except that one is fitted with a 3 Jaw Power Chuck.

This machine is the first, of the six, to to be fully re-manufactured and rebuilt in accordance with OEM specifications and BS 4656 Part 22.

The machine has been retrofitted with a new Siemens 840D Solutionline Control, new Digital Servo Motors & Drives, all new electrics/control gear & completely re-wired.

In addition, the machine has been supplied with a complete new, fully interlocked, Operator Guarding System (in accordance with PUWER requirements) and a new Swarf Conveyor.
