As part of our ongoing Stock Machine Re-manufacture Programme, EES are pleased to offer for sale 1 off - OMBA RAM 90 CNC Vertical Borer (VTL). 

The machine has been fully re-manufactured and rebuilt in accordance with OEM specifications and BS 4656 Part 22. The  mechanical refurbishment included regrinding of all slideways, replacement of axis drive ballscrews & anchor bearings, refurbishment of the main Timken table bearings, rebuild of the table drive gearbox, refurbishment of the Automatic Toolchanger, refurbishment / replacement of hydraulic systems & counterbalance and replacement of all lubrication systems. In addition, the machine has been fitted with a new Renishaw Tool Probing System, new totally enclosed & interlocked Operator Guarding System and a new Swarf Conveyor.

Electrically, the machine was retrofitted with a new Fanuc 0i-TD CNC Control package, new Digital Axis Servo Drives, a new electrical cabinet complete with all new control gear and completely re-wired.
