As part of our ongoing Stock Machine Re-manufacture Programme, EES are pleased to offer for sale this excellent Schiess 20 DKE CNC VTL, with immediate availability; as with all machines in our stock rebuild programme, this machine has been stripped to component level and fully refurbished to the very highest standard; machine accuracies have been returned to OEM specifications and in accordance with BS 4656 Part 22.

The machine has been retrofitted with a new Siemens 840D SL Control (the very latest CNC technology), new Siemens Digital Spindle Motor & Drive, new Siemens Digital Servo Motors & Drives, all new electrics/control gear & completely re-wired.

In addition, the machine has been fitted with a complete new, fully interlocked, Operator Guarding System (in accordance with PUWER requirements) and a new Swarf Conveyor.
